Mike murphy

For more than 40 years Mike Murphy has been building beautiful homes in the Memphis area.  With an appreciation for fine architecture and detail, he has dedicated his life’s work to providing a rewarding experience for every client.  He believes diligent planning is essential to developing the best approach for each property and a prerequisite to a successfully finished product.  Mike sees every project as a custom home and is personally involved from start to finish.

Mike is a native of Memphis, a graduate of Memphis University School and the University of Memphis.   He started his building career in 1976 and opened Mike Murphy Builders in 1979.  Mike and his wife, Nancy, reside in Germantown and have two grown children. 

suzanne M. culpepper

Mike Murphy Builders and Suzanne Culpepper of The Murphy Company Realtors have formed a partnership to meet the brokerage needs of our clients. Suzanne joined The Murphy Company after practicing Real Estate Law with Primacy Relocation.  She brings her years of experience in real estate law into representing both buyers and sellers.  Her loyal clientele values her responsiveness, strong work ethic and keen negotiating skills.  Suzanne attended University of Memphis Law School and the University of Mississippi.  

Suzanne has always called the Memphis area home.   She and her husband have two children and they currently live in Germantown.

Kaye mcfadden

Kaye has worked with Mike as an office manager and bookkeeper for 22 years.  She oversees the day to day operations and works with both clients and the MMB team from start to finish on your home.  Having grown up in Memphis, Kaye and her family now live in Oakland, TN.

Rick is the head Superintendent and Project Manager for Mike Murphy Builders.  As a General Contractor, Rick brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.  This knowledge and experience make him an integral part of the MMB process.  Rick and his wife currently reside in Millington, TN.
